Eligible apparel may be requested for return or exchange within 14 days, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered and returned with their original tags, packaging and order confirmation. Sartoria does not offer cash refunds on eligible returns; approved value is handled according to the published policy.

Ties, pocket squares and other accessories are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are received damaged or defective. Please review the full Returns & Exchanges Policy before ordering.
