These Terms & Conditions apply when you access sartoria.store, place an order, or otherwise use Sartoria’s online services. By using the website, you agree to these terms together with the policies referenced below.

1. Product information and availability: We aim to describe our products accurately. Product details, specifications, prices and availability may be updated without prior notice. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and confirmed.
2. Pricing: Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Sartoria may correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order, we may contact you before processing or cancel the affected order.
3. Orders: Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Sartoria may decline or cancel an order because of stock unavailability, incorrect information, payment issues, pricing errors, suspected misuse or another operational reason.
4. Payment: Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Advance payment may be required on orders above Rs. 10,000 or in other circumstances communicated before dispatch.
5. Customer information: You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Incorrect or incomplete details can delay or prevent order processing and delivery.
6. Sales and promotions: Promotional prices, discount codes and sale offers may be subject to product, customer, order-value, time or stock limitations. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be assumed to combine with other offers.
7. Shipping: Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. Courier timelines can be affected by destination, weather, public holidays, service disruption and other circumstances outside Sartoria’s reasonable control.
8. Returns and exchanges: Eligibility is governed by our published Returns & Exchanges Policy. Please review that policy before ordering, particularly for accessories, sale items and clearance items.
9. Product colours and images: We aim to present products as accurately as possible, but colour, texture and scale can appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, display settings or device characteristics.
10. Fabric and care information: Material descriptions and care instructions are provided for customer guidance based on the information available for the relevant product. Always follow the care instructions supplied with the individual garment.
11. Intellectual property: Sartoria’s name, branding, logos, website copy, product imagery, graphics and other original website content may not be copied, reproduced or commercially reused without permission, except where applicable law permits.
