RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

Sartoria’s return and exchange policy for premium formal shirts purchased online in Pakistan.

  1. No cash refunds. Eligible returns will be processed through store credit / credit voucher only. 
  2. Advance payment may be required on orders above Rs. 10,000. 
  3. Return / exchange window: Eligible return or exchange requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase or delivery. 
  4. Condition of merchandise: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice. 
  5. Price adjustment: Items purchased at full price that later go on sale will be exchanged at the current marked-down price, where applicable. 
  6. Stock availability: Sartoria reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, pricing error, payment issue, or operational constraint. 
  7. Accessories: Ties, pocket squares, perfumes, and other accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless received damaged or defective. 
  8. Altered products: Products that have been altered, tailored, washed, worn, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange. 
  9. Sale items: Items purchased on sale may be exchanged one time only with another eligible item. 
  10. Clearance sale: Clearance sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  11. Dispatch process: Exchanges may be processed through courier/dispatch. If Sartoria outlets or pickup points are available, customers will be guided accordingly. 
  12. Original invoice: Customers must include the original invoice/order confirmation and clearly mention the reason for return or exchange. 
  13. Courier responsibility: Returned merchandise must be sent through a traceable courier or registered post at the customer’s own expense to the address provided by Sartoria. 
  14. Credit voucher: After inspection and approval, a credit voucher/store credit equal to the eligible invoice value will be issued. 
  15. Processing time: Return and exchange requests are reviewed within 14 working days after the returned product is received. 
  16. Exchange delivery: Exchange deliveries are usually completed within 10 to 12 working days after approval, depending on location and courier timelines.
